What’s a

Bookkeeper?

A bookkeeper by definition is a person whose job it is to keep records of the financial affairs of a business.

In my experience, however, a solid quality bookkeeper can be much more than that;  she can be an invaluable resource by not just keeping financial affairs in order but by providing peace of mind knowing all aspects of your business finances are being carefully monitored.

She can support you in understanding the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your business, tracking Cash Flow Trend and strategic operational improvements.

Most importantly she allows you, a passionate busy entrepreneur, to focus your valuable time, energy and resources on your Zone of Genius.

Available

Bookkeeping Services

Every business is unique.  We take pride in getting to know you and your business. We’ll work together to create a plan on how best to serve your needs as you grow your business.  While there are three primary service levels we will customize your services to best fit your needs.

End of Year Write Up:

You manage all aspects of business finances throughout the year and need it to be organized and prepared for tax preparation & filing.

Pricing will depend on the organizational state of your existing records and access to digital transaction records.

Monthly Reconciliation:

Perfect for small or start up businesses that just need “eyes on the books” and all accounts reconciled monthly.

This option allows you the ability to review monthly financial reports while removing the stress of preparing financial reports for tax filing.

Core Services:

A more robust option for the business which desires assistance with being sure bills are paid on time and receivables are being tracked.

This is an excellent choice for small businesses that are looking for assistance with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Monthly Reconciliations and non-audited Financial Reports.
